- Accidental Damage: While our cleaners take utmost care, accidents may happen. If any accidental damage occurs, you must report it within 24 hours of service completion. Steam Experts’ liability is limited to the cost of the affected item.
- Service Limits: Steam Experts is not liable for damages due to improper or unstable materials or surfaces. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any fragile or sensitive items.
